Rob Brinkman has extensive experience in project leadership and coordination within the domains of employment and reintegration. Since December 2010, Rob has been a Coördinator at Werkbedrijf Lucrato and has served as a project leader for various initiatives, including work facilitation programs and multidisciplinary approaches to complex cases in Apeldoorn. In addition, Rob leads the Werkclub, a team focused on assisting status holders in finding employment and vocational training. Previous roles include project leader and advisor at Felua-groep, where Rob managed innovative service development, and senior job coach at USG Restart. Rob holds a Master's degree in Integrale Veranderkunde and a Post Bachelor in Organisatie Psychologie, complemented by a BA in Personnel and an MBO in Management and Entrepreneurship.
