Jake Barr is a seasoned sales and operations professional with extensive experience in the maintenance and elevator industries. Currently serving as Sales Manager at WeMaintain since July 2020, Jake focuses on enhancing transparency and innovation within the maintenance market. Prior roles include National Modernisation Manager at Schindler Group and Business Development Manager at Premier Guarantee, a leading provider of structural warranty solutions. Jake began their career at Otis Elevator Company, where responsibilities progressed from Area Sales Consultant to Operations Manager, addressing operational challenges and customer relations. Additionally, Jake founded the UOB Lions basketball club while studying at the University of Birmingham, earning a BSc in Material Science and Sport Technology.
