Ruslan Dubochinsky has work experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer at WelMed Italia since October 2020. In this role, they are responsible for building multi-account AWS cloud environments, researching new solutions for providing new services, and diagnosing and troubleshooting network and system issues.

Prior to their current position, Ruslan worked at Itransition Group from July 2012 to October 2020. Ruslan started as a PHP Developer and later became a Senior PHP Developer. In these roles, they coordinated with business analysts and architects, prepared technical documentation, and designed database architecture.

Ruslan Dubochinsky completed their Bachelor's degree in Technical Security Support from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics between 2008 and 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in the field. These certifications include CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer and CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in 2022, AWS Certified Security – Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty from AWS in 2021, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional from AWS in 2021, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional from AWS in 2021, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate from AWS in 2020, Associate Cloud Engineer from Google in 2021, AWS Certified Developer – Associate from AWS in 2020, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from AWS in 2020, and HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate from HashiCorp in 2021.
