Erica Maureen C. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent lifecycle management and human resources. Currently, Erica serves as the Head of Talent Lifecycle and Director of Talent at Wellthy since December 2021. As the Founder of Live Life Simple, established in February 2018, Erica has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Prior roles at Vault Health included Director of People Lifecycle, Director of Talent Acquisition, and other managerial positions from February 2019 to November 2021. Additionally, Erica held several key roles within New York-Presbyterian Hospital from November 2010 to October 2018, including Director of IT for Credentialing Services and Medical Affairs Manager. Erica holds a Master of Arts in Public Health Education and Promotion from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University at Buffalo, along with a Master of Social Work from the University at Buffalo and a certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
