Dom Ayonon is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist at City of Hope since August 2016, Dom has also taken on the role of Senior IT Recruiter. Prior experience includes working as a Corporate Technology Recruiter at MUFG from June 2010 to August 2016, where full-cycle recruitment for various technology divisions was managed. Dom's earlier roles include Human Resources Generalist at Queenscare Family Clinic, Corporate Recruiter at Indymac Bank, and Senior Payroll Specialist at Paychex. Dom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
