Sujit Mahajan has a diverse work experience in the field of technology scouting and innovation strategy. Sujit started their career as an Intern at Atul Limited in 2002. Sujit then worked as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Chemical Technology, where they led multiple projects and collaborated with leading institutes. From 2005 to 2011, Sujit worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati, gaining expertise in organic chemistry, biochemistry, and microbiology.
In 2011, Sujit joined 4iNNO, LLC as an Innovation Associate, empowering Fortune 500 companies through open innovation and technology landscaping. Sujit also worked as a Consultant, managing cross-functional teams and identifying innovation opportunities for clients.
In 2016, Sujit joined inno360, Inc. as an Innovation Services Manager/Consultant, establishing successful relationships with global clients and performing technology scouting using the Inno360 platform. Sujit also managed client accounts and delivered timely results, leading to contract renewals.
As a Freelance Tech Scout, Sujit conducted qualitative research and scouting for clients in 2019, focusing on open innovation and providing diverse sourcing avenues.
Currently, Sujit Mahajan is working at Wellspring Worldwide as a Technology Scouting and Innovation Strategy Lead. In this role, they perform technology scouting, manages client relationships, and conducts training on the Wellspring SAAS scouting tool and innovation management platform. Sujit proactively engages with client team members to ensure actionable project results.
