Suzi Garrett is a seasoned professional with significant expertise in operations and program management. Currently serving as Vice President in the Chief Operations Office at Wells Fargo since January 2013, Suzi leads the Change Delivery Management team, emphasizing data management, insights, and data privacy. Previously, Suzi worked as a Planning and Performance Management Consultant Manager at IBM Global Business Services/The Hackett Group from September 2010 to October 2012, where responsibilities included delivering planning, forecasting, and performance management solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Suzi's earlier experience includes a role as Executive Director for Corporate Forecasting and Modeling at USAA from July 1998 to September 2010. Suzi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Texas Lutheran University and a Master Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University.
