Karen Shalom Bahat is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Payoneer since October 2021, where Karen oversees a team of 15 recruiters and drives the company's global recruitment strategy. Prior to Payoneer, Karen held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition at JFrog for a brief period and was the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Applied Materials - Israel, where Karen collaborated with managers in various sectors including R&D and Business Development. Earlier in Karen's career, experience included roles as an HR counselor and Occupational Instructor at Machon Noam Ltd, and as Head of Mental Health & HR Wellbeing in the Israel Defense Forces. Karen also has a background in public relations from EL AL Israel Airlines, complementing an academic foundation with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Tel Aviv University.
