Rafael Benjamin Bernardino is a Talent Acquisition Associate at Payreto, specializing in customizable operations solutions for the financial services industry since May 2023. Prior experiences include roles as Talent Acquisition Coordinator, People Experience Associate, and People Experience Intern, where responsibilities encompassed facilitating hiring processes, improving employee engagement, and managing onboarding and offboarding procedures.
