Matthew Pennings is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military relations, recruitment, and tour management. As a Recruiting Manager and Military Relations Manager at WEL Companies, Inc. since June 2023, Matthew focuses on developing effective staffing strategies for Veteran Service members. Concurrently, Matthew manages tours for @Jessiegofficial, overseeing all aspects of musician and crew support during concert tours since October 2021. Previously, Matthew served as a Detachment Commander with the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) from August 2020 to June 2023, enhancing team collaboration and communication skills. Additional experience includes participation in the Special Forces Qualification Course at the United States Army Special Operations Command and service as a Platoon Leader and Logistics Manager with the 101st Airborne Division. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
