Zeev has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare corporate development and leadership, strategic planning and corporate finance. Until 2017, Zeev served as CEO of Intec Pharma (NASDAQ, TASE: NTEC), a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, including leading a NASDAQ IPO in August 2015, raising $34 million. Formerly, Zeev served as Intec's Executive Vice President Commercial Operations, including executing multiple collaboration agreements with global leading pharmaceutical companies. Prior to that, Zeev served as Head of Life Sciences Strategic Consulting with PWC Israel and Head of Life Sciences Strategic Consulting with Andersen Israel, leading numerous business development, corporate development, strategic planning and corporate finance consulting projects with various life sciences companies. Zeev is a Certified Public Accountant and has a BSc in Biology, a B.A. in accounting and has completed MSc studies in neuro-biochemistry, each from Tel Aviv University.
