Kristen Sitarski-Munoz has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kristen began their career as a Child Care Department Manager at Choice, Inc, where they managed a staff of five and worked closely with Thomas Jefferson Hospital and CHOP on contracts for childcare referral. Kristen then transitioned to a role as a School Counselor at The School District of Philadelphia, where they provided guidance to teachers and parents on educational and emotional well-being.

Following that, Kristen worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Verizon Yellow Pages, selling yellow page advertising programs to non-advertisers and start-up businesses. Kristen was recognized as one of the top sellers of web products.

Kristen then joined McBee Business Systems as a Sales Representative, establishing mutual referral relationships with bankers and accountants and increasing sales of business check systems and payroll services to commercial accounts.

Kristen further advanced their career as a Center Director at Sylvan Learning Centers, where they personally sold over $750K in yearly revenue and was responsible for overall center performance, including revenue generation, profitability, and customer service.
