Federico Fuzzi began their work experience in 2009 as a Social Network Analyst at Koinè S.r.l, where they acquired information from social communication for customer relationship management. In 2009, they also worked as a Semantic Analyst and Organization Consultant at HERA, analyzing comments and notes from customers. From 2010 to 2012, Federico worked at SEMPLA as an Analyst Programmer in financial services. In this role, they were responsible for functional analysis and prototyping design. In 2012, Federico joined Webranking as a Web Analyst and Conversion Optimization Specialist, specializing in web performance analysis and conversion rate optimization. Federico later became the Head of Digital Analytics & CRO, overseeing growth, people management, and the development of new data-driven services. Federico also has experience as a Guest Teacher at various universities, including Bologna Business School, Catholic University of Milan, and Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, where they currently serve as a Professor in Digital Marketing.
Federico Fuzzi began their education in 1998 at ITIS Fermo Corni, where they obtained their Maturità scientifica degree in Technology and IT in 2003. Following this, they attended Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 2003 to 2006, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT & Management, with a focus on Scienze di Internet. Federico further pursued their studies at the same institution, graduating with a Master's degree in Theory & Methods in IT & Management, again specializing in Scienze di Internet, from 2006 to 2009.
In addition to their formal education, Federico Fuzzi also pursued several professional certifications. In August 2022, they obtained the Google Analytics 4 Certification from Google. In September 2022, they earned the Certificazione User per i Partner from Contentsquare and the Mobile Experience Certification from Google. Most recently, in November 2022, Federico achieved the Privacy for Agencies and Partners Certification, also from Google.
