Rod Lewis has a diverse work experience history. In their most recent position, they are currently serving as the COO at Get A-Head® since March 2021. Prior to that, they founded and worked as a Management Consultant (CIO/COO/CTO/CISO) at theoknetwork.com, where they designed and implemented strategies, processes, and systems for clients. Rod assisted with cybersecurity strategy, prepared companies for cloud services migration, and achieved measurable improvements in efficiency.

Rod also worked as an Advisor at Auvik Networks Inc. since June 2013. Rod served as the GM at Zazeen Inc. from April 2017 to March 2019, where they provided telecommunications services such as VoIP, DSL/Cable Internet, and IPTV television.

During their tenure at Ganz Studios -- Webkinz from June 2010 to January 2017, Rod was responsible for the operations of multiple high volume online interactive games and websites. Rod led a diverse team and created a strategic vision to restructure operations.

As the COO at BCS Global from April 2009 to June 2010, Rod managed various operational departments for an international video conferencing service provider. Additionally, they held the role of VP Network Operations and IT at JumpTv from May 2008 to November 2008.

At AOL Canada, Rod held two roles. Firstly, as the Director of Product Development and Management, they led product development initiatives to increase revenues and contribution to EBITDA. Secondly, as the Director of Network Services IT & QA, they managed network operations, internal IT, and the Quality Assurance team, achieving a significant cost reduction.
