Matthew Ament has over 15 years of experience in the IT field, currently serving as Lead Engineer in Corporate IT at WebMD Ignite since August 2008, previously holding positions as Desktop Support Team Lead and Junior Systems Administrator. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at TDS Telecommunications Corp. as a Technical Customer Operations Advisor II from November 2006 to July 2008. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned between 2002 and 2006, and attended Madison Area Technical College from 2000 to 2002.
