Daniel Dotson is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as Manager of Information Technology at TMA (The Marketing Arm) since April 2017, Daniel has advanced through various roles including Operations Support Specialist and Specialist in Information Technology. Previous experience includes serving as a Macintosh Support Specialist at K Force, providing dedicated support to AT&T's UX Design team, and working as an IT Support Specialist at Consolidated Data Services, supporting around 1,000 users. Daniel also has a history of managing IT asset inventories at Omnicom Management Services and evaluating loan applications at the US Small Business Administration. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus on Journalism.
