Andreea Lavinia Pavel is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, and business growth. Currently serving as Performance Marketing Manager at WeArisma since March 2023, Andreea previously founded and led Your Automated Business from April 2017 to March 2023, focusing on technology-driven marketing campaigns for global brands. Other notable roles include Head of Growth at Socially Recruited, where Andreea developed a comprehensive growth strategy, and Digital Marketing Manager at TBD Media Group, responsible for various digital marketing initiatives.
