Kamir Sohail began their work experience as an HR Manager at W. R. WRIGHT & SONS LIMITED in October 2011. Kamir held this position until September 2016. In September 2017, they joined Nova as a People and Culture Manager, a role which they currently hold.

Kamir Sohail obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Development from Liverpool Hope University. Kamir pursued this degree from 2009 to 2011.
