Jo Ignacio is currently working as a Team Lead - Recruitment Administration at AMS. In this role, Jo is responsible for overseeing the administration service provided by the team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Prior to AMS, Jo held roles in recruitment and HR at companies such as EY, TELUS International Philippines, Infinit-O Global, Limited, and TechCareers Inc. Jo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Rizal Technological University.
