Angie Scott is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in youth protection, counseling, and coaching. Currently serving as the Training and Family Services Manager at We The Village since September 2021, Angie oversees a group coaching program that supports individuals dealing with loved ones' substance use. Prior to this role, Angie held key positions at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, where responsibilities included the Director of Youth Protection and Associate Director of Child Safety, focusing on enhancing child safety systems and volunteer standards across various affiliates. Angie's background also includes serving as the Assistant Director of Match Support and Match Support Specialist for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Pinellas County, providing critical support and guidance to mentoring matches. Earlier experiences include providing therapy as a Student Counseling Intern at Suncoast Center and managing adoptions at Directions for Mental Health. Angie holds a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
