Eric Rickert, PMP, CSM has over 20 years of professional experience. Eric began their career in 1997 as a Purchasing Assistant at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI). In 2000, they became an Assistant Consultant at Competitive Strategies Group. Two years later, they joined MAN Diesel & Turbo as an Assistant Analyst. In 2006, they took on the role of Social Chair for the DG Young Professionals Networking Group at the Downers Grove Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry. In 2005, they began working at Call One, Incorporated as an Account Executive, Communications Sales Engineer, and Lead Project Manager. In 2013, they became a Project Manager at Robert Bair Plumbing, Heating & Air. Most recently, they have been working as a Scrum Master & Digital Project Manager at Diagram since 2015.

Eric Rickert, PMP, CSM, obtained their Bachelors of Science in Marketing, Advertising, Entrepreneurship, and Small Business Management from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2005. Eric also earned a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the same institution. Prior to that, they attended Hinsdale Central High School. Eric obtained their PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2012, and their CSM certification from Mountain Goat Software in March 2021.
