Rebekah Haynes, CPF, has extensive experience in demand management and supply chain operations. Currently serving as Demand Manager at WD-40 Company since June 2008, Rebekah manages collaborative forecasting processes for assigned regions in the Americas, focusing on customer service, inventory, and EBITDA objectives. Previously, Rebekah held the role of Senior Demand Planning Specialist, developing demand forecasts for the United States and Latin America, and analyzing trends to enhance supply chain execution. Rebekah also has a background as Senior Supply Chain Planner with WD-40 Company, having initially joined as a contract employee following the closure of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where Rebekah worked as Inventory Operations Manager from 2000 to June 2008. Rebekah earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from San Diego State University between 1998 and 2000.
