Jacqueline Lynch is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Vice President at VaynerMedia since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jacqueline held the position of Manager of Learning and Instructional Design at Ribbon, where key achievements included building cross-functional education teams and streamlining hiring processes. At Compass, Jacqueline progressed from Senior Product Expert to Lead Instructional Designer, effectively launching numerous educational programs and improving training infrastructures for a national audience. Earlier experience includes roles at Apple as a Software Trainer and iOS Support Technician, as well as teaching positions at the YMCA and Camp Peak. Jacqueline holds a BA in Education and a BA in Mathematics from Rowan University, complemented by further education at New York University.
