Mia Jung has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Mia is currently working at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe as a Talent Partner & Co-Head of Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member at Abzena, a leading research organization. Mia has also held roles as a Board Member at The Moth and Co-Founder of Break into the Boardroom (BiB), a non-profit focused on achieving gender parity in healthcare boards. Mia has served as a Partner at Oxeon Partners, a trusted healthcare executive search firm. Mia has also been actively involved in the New York Academy of Medicine as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Nominating Committee. Additionally, Mia has contributed as a Board Member and Advisor to startups participating in the MIT Delta V program. Mia has also acted as an advisor to Included Health, a comprehensive health platform. Mia's prior experience includes roles at Russell Reynolds Associates and Biotronik as an Executive Director and Regional Sales Director, respectively.

Mia Jung completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Business from Villanova University, from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Eastern High School from 1989 to 1993. Later on, Mia pursued an MBA in Global MBA from Columbia Business School and an MBA in International Business from London Business School, both completed from 2006 to 2008.
