Phellipe Castro has extensive experience in cloud services and IT management, currently serving as Cloud Service Office Senior Lead at Mars since May 2017, following roles as Enterprise Cloud Delivery & Optimization Manager and IT Service Operations Manager. Prior to Mars, Phellipe worked at Royal Canin Brasil from July 2012 to May 2017 as a Project Coordinator and Senior IT Analyst. Phellipe's career began at Cia Muller de Bebidas, where services were rendered as a Technical Support Analyst from November 2001 to June 2012. Phellipe holds an MBA in Strategic Management in Information Technology from Instituto Nacional de Pós Graduação and a Bachelor's degree in Computer System Analysis from Anhanguera Educacional, alongside a Technologist degree in Data Processing from CEETEPS Deputado Salim Sedeh.
