Anna Mashera has a diverse background in product management and market research. Anna has experience as a Head of Product at Wayy starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at EPAM Anywhere where they were involved in various project roles and achieved several milestones. Anna was also a Product Manager at NTR Labs, focusing on video-analytics product development. In addition, they co-founded Laika and served as a CEO at Ingenix.ai, where they specialized in data science research and development. Anna also worked as a Lead Analyst at Sportmaster and held roles as a Lead Researcher at GfK and MARC. Anna started their career as a Project Manager at Synovate and later became a Market Research Manager at Insights by Kantar.

Anna Mashera's education history includes a Master's degree in International Economics from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, which they obtained from 2003 to 2008.
