Trinidad Swinnen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and educational roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and previously as a Human Resources Specialist at Wayside Youth & Family Support Network since August 2022, Trinidad has also worked as a Case Coordinator and Direct Support Professional at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health from July 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience includes tutoring at Study.com and Colegio Parroquial Juan XXIII, and serving as a Psychology and English Teacher at Colegio Parroquial Juan XXIII between March 2017 and June 2021. A clinical internship was completed at Centro Infanto Juvenil Ramon Carrillo from July 2019 to March 2021. Trinidad holds a Master's degree in RRHH: Dirección de Personas, Desarrollo del Talento y Gestión Laboral from EIP International Business School, set to be completed in June 2024, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad del Salvador, earned in 2019. A high school diploma in Social Sciences was obtained from Colegio Parroquial Juan XXIII.
