Emiliano Martinez is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in philanthropic and corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel for Waverley Street Foundation since March 2023, Emiliano previously held significant roles including Director of Legal at Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and Senior Corporate Counsel at Omidyar Network, where responsibilities included structuring grants and managing compliance.
