Roman Haselmann is a Senior Counsel at Tesla since July 2021, specializing in litigation and regulation. As an attorney-at-law, Roman has been involved in start-up consultancy and litigation since July 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a policy advisor for a member of the German Parliament from September 2018 to February 2020, with a focus on competition and criminal law. Previous roles include a law clerk at Kammergericht and Greenberg Traurig, LLP, as well as a legal trainee at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where Roman concentrated on social and labor standards in Asia. Roman's early career featured contract management and quality control at LEVERTON and legal work at Groupon. Educational qualifications include an MA in Public Policy, Conflict Resolution, and Mediation from Tel Aviv University and a law degree from the University of Potsdam.
