Christopher Rrapi

Project Manager & Tech Team Director at Wave Learning Festival

Christopher Rrapi has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they founded Volatility Vault Trading and in 2022, they worked as a Project Manager & Tech Team Director at the Wave Learning Festival while also serving as a Software Engineer. In 2023, they became a Jane Street UNBOXED Scholar, selected as one of 37 students internationally for the program. Christopher also founded Saida, a company they are still actively involved with. Additionally, Christopher has held roles as a Quant/Derivatives Analyst at Minutemen Alternative Investment Fund, Logistics Committee Chairman at Manning College of Information and Computer Sciences, UMass Amherst, and a Physics Web/Network Assistant at UMass Amherst Department of Physics. Christopher has also been a Leadership Development Intern at RippleMatch, a Software Engineer Intern at Verizon, and a 2024 Discovery Fellowship Program - Hiring Summit Fellow at Wells Fargo.

Christopher Rrapi is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at Manning College of Information and Computer Sciences, UMass Amherst. Christopher also attended Sharon High School and obtained a High School Diploma. Additionally, Christopher has enrolled at the University of Massachusetts Amherst to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. Christopher has shown interest in furthering their education in Computer Science by attending Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

In terms of certifications, Christopher has obtained the following: "BWSI Python Core," "Cyber Security in Software Intensive Systems," "Embedded Security and Hardware Hacking 2022," and "Version Control: Git & Github 2022" from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Furthermore, they have completed the "Python Core" certification from Sololearn and received the "React.js Essential Training" certification from LinkedIn. Christopher also holds certifications in "Responsive Web Design" and "Scientific Computing with Python" from freeCodeCamp.
