Niels Zijdenbos is an experienced professional in the fields of retail management, event coordination, and sailing instruction. Currently serving as a Zeilinstructeur at Watersport Academy "De Kaag" since June 2017, Niels has also held roles such as Assessor Politiek at Plaatselijke Kamer van Verenigingen (PKvV) from September 2022 to September 2023, and worked in product realization at Ahold Delhaize for a short period in 2021. Additionally, Niels contributed to COVID-19 response efforts as a Bemonsteraar for GGD Haaglanden and supported recruiting and planning for the vaccine program. Previous experience includes a leadership position as Teamleider at Albert Heijn, overseeing daily store operations and staff management, as well as a brief engagement in marketing, communication, and events at De Horeca Groep. Niels is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Commerciële economie at Hogeschool Leiden, with an expected graduation in 2024.
