Amanda Franceschini is an experienced Strategic Planner at the Waterloo Regional Police Service, with a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and data analysis. Since June 2012, Amanda has successfully led various initiatives, including the development of the Strategic Business Plan and the management of the Emergency Communications Centre operations project. Previous roles include Research Assistant at Guelph Police Service, where Amanda conducted a longitudinal Youth Impact Study, and Clinical Research Project Coordinator at The Hospital for Sick Children, where Amanda managed recruitment and data collection for clinical studies. Amanda holds a Master's Degree in Family Relations and Human Development from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Trent University.
