Janine Carter is a seasoned program and project manager with extensive experience in health information management and digital transformation within healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Program Manager for the Digital Transformation program at the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine, Janine oversees significant initiatives such as case management solution replacement and cloud migration. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Uniting AgeWell, where responsibilities encompassed the statewide implementation of clinical software solutions, and at Ballarat Health Services, focusing on staff rostering applications. With a strong foundation in strategic governance and operational management, Janine has also contributed to the Health Information Management Association of Australia Limited as Acting Convenor of the Victorian Branch and previously as Vice President of the Board of Directors. Janine holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Information, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management, and is pursuing an MBA.
