Will Montgomery is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in web development and team leadership. Currently, as Team Leader of Software Engineering at Waste Dynamics, responsibilities include overseeing software projects and guiding development teams. Previously, roles at Dealer Tire included Senior Web Developer and Web Developer, focusing on creating ecommerce and single-page applications using various technologies. Will's earlier experience as a Front End Web Developer at SCK Design involved developing and optimizing websites, advising clients on web standards, and maintaining Content Management Systems. Will holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Science from Cleveland State University and an Associate degree in Web Development and Maintenance from Cuyahoga Community College.
