Craig Rahman has a diverse work experience in various roles related to communications and technology. Craig is currently working as a Joint Network Operations Center Battle Captain at the Joint Communications Support Element. Prior to this, they worked as an AISR Operations Communications Engineer at SES Space & Defense. Additionally, Craig has served in the United States Army Reserve as a Satellite Communication Systems Operator-Maintainer, specializing in providing satellite transmission capabilities to support warfighters. Craig has also worked in the US Army, where they served as a Tier 2 Helpdesk technician during deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition, Craig has experience as a Joint Network Operations Center Technician and as a squad leader on a Joint Airborne Combatant Command Post team, providing command and control support.
Craig Rahman attended Florida State University from 2009 to 2012, where they studied Business Management. In 2021, they enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies with a concentration in Essentials of Information Technology. This program lasted until 2022. Currently, Craig is studying at Western Governors University for a Master of Science degree in Information Technology Management, which is still ongoing.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Craig Rahman has obtained several certifications. In October 2015, they received a Top Secret / SCI certification from the United States Department of Defense. Craig also obtained a CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA in September 2015.
