Gianluca Pugliese is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technological innovation and education. As the Founder of LOWPOLY since October 2018, Gianluca has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Instituto de Empresa, focusing on BBA and technological innovation in additive manufacturing and sustainability. Additionally, Gianluca is the Spain and Portugal Manager for WASP, the official distributor of Wasp & TreeDfilaments. Past roles include Italian Design Ambassador for the Embassy of Italy, Director of the Master in Technological Product Design at LCI Barcelona, and Associate Professor at IED Madrid, where teaching covered 3D printing and robotics. Other notable contributions involve consulting for UNESCO during the Industry 4.0 forum and holding various teaching positions related to digital fabrication. Gianluca’s educational background includes a degree from MIT's Sloan School of Management and a diploma in electronics and telecommunications.
