Abhishek Pashine is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the BPO sector, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at iSON BPO since January 2013. In this role, Abhishek is responsible for overseeing customer services operations for a leading telecom provider, ensuring compliance with all SLAs and KPIs, managing the profit and loss of the location, and fostering client relations. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Tech Mahindra and as Service Delivery Leader at Aegis, with a focus on operational management and service delivery.
