Matthew Blair is an experienced change management professional with a diverse background across various sectors. Currently serving as Change Lead at Symatrix since January 2022, Matthew has previously held positions such as Change Manager at Sue Ryder, where a self-service HR and Payroll system was implemented. As a Change Management Consultant at HRCubed, Matthew focused on business process analysis and technology value enhancement. Other significant roles include Change Manager at Fifth Step Limited, overseeing major HR system implementations, and Change Programme Manager for Greater Manchester Police, managing a comprehensive restructuring of neighbourhood policing.
