Ainsley Nix is an experienced educator specializing in special education and speech-language pathology. Currently serving as a WEA IPTN Special Education Cadre at the Special Education Support Center since March 2021, Ainsley develops training programs focused on inclusionary practices and multi-tiered support systems. Ainsley previously worked as an Education Association Representative for Shelton School District from August 2015 to August 2023, advocating for educational staff associates, and also provided speech-language instruction for middle and high school students in various roles, including Speech-Language Pathologist at Shelton and Lynden School Districts. Ainsley holds a Master of Arts in Speech and Hearing Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Hearing Sciences and Fine Arts, both earned from Washington State University.
