Caitlin Torborg is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Walker Methodist since May 2021. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked as a Human Resources Specialist at ARSYS, LLC from May 2017 to May 2021, where responsibilities included recruiting potential employees and conducting audits of employee and client files. Caitlin's career began with a position as a Direct Support Professional, providing assistance to children with developmental disabilities, and included coaching youth tennis at Spring Lake Park Schools. Caitlin Torborg holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from North Dakota State University, completed in 2020, and is a graduate of Spring Lake Park High School, class of 2016.
