Patrick Jacobson serves as the National Sales Manager at Waites since August 2021, overseeing a team of over five regional representatives across North America. Previously, Patrick held the position of Regional Account Executive, focusing on enterprise B2B software, hardware, and services sales in industrial automation, successfully developing 100% net new business from prospecting to closing. Prior to this, Patrick served in various roles within the US Navy from May 2014 to August 2021, including Command Security Program Manager and Nuclear Program Manager. As a US Navy Submarine Officer, Patrick was responsible for managing maintenance and administration of the ship’s nuclear reactor control equipment following the completion of a rigorous engineering qualification process. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University, obtained in 2014, and extensive postgraduate-level training in nuclear engineering fields through the Navy's Nuclear Power School and Training Unit in Charleston, South Carolina.
