Lorenzo Ellis, MPA, currently serves as a Senior Program Analyst at VT Group, where responsibilities include managing Electromagnetic Environmental Effects and Spectrum Supportability. Lorenzo possesses extensive experience with the US Navy, having held several significant roles including Ops/Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of SEA 21 and Senior Chief Petty Officer, with a strong emphasis on organization management, leadership, and staff development. Notable contributions include serving as the REGION JOINT CRISIS ACTION TEAM Liaison Officer, supporting emergency management planning for military and civilian personnel, and leading maritime operations within the Maritime Operations Combat Center. Lorenzo holds a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers School of Public Affairs and Administration and a degree in Justice Administration from Hawaii Pacific University.
