Nicole Heffels Gur has extensive work experience in customer support and related roles. Nicole currently holds the position of Head of Support at VOYE since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at GivingWay from October 2018 to June 2023, where they held the roles of VP Customer Support and Head of Community.
Before their time at GivingWay, Nicole worked as a Customer Experience and Satisfaction Consultant at Nicole Gur- Growth Support Expert from December 2016 to October 2018. In this role, they supported and advised high-tech and non high-tech organizations on maximizing support strength within their teams and creating comprehensive support knowledge bases and help centers. Nicole also conducted lectures on the importance of support in an organization.

These roles included Director and Languages Manager, Director and Operations Manager, and Knowledgebase and Languages Team Leader. Nicole started their career as a Customer Solutions Representative at Wix.com in March 2009.
Additionally, Nicole worked as a Technical Support Representative at NETGEAR from January 2008 to March 2009 and as a Research Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2003.
Nicole Heffels Gur pursued their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2005 to 2009. During the same period, they also obtained another Bachelor's degree in German Language and Literature from the same institution.
