Alicia Rice is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Data Analyst at GCOM Software, LLC since February 2020. Previously, Alicia worked at Railinc Corp. for nearly six years as a Senior Data Business Analyst, leading key projects that enhanced operational efficiency in the rail industry through actionable analytics and predictive modeling. Alicia's earlier roles include Senior Data Analyst and SQL Programmer at Universal American, Account Analyst at PAETEC, and various positions at Management Solutions International, Inc. and KMA Capital Partners, showcasing a strong background in financial analysis, business development, and process improvement. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the UCF College of Business and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at the UVA School of Data Science.
