Prem Balasubramanian is an accomplished IT Project and Program Manager with extensive experience in managing complex technology projects and programs within the City of Brampton's IT-PMO since January 2007, primarily for Brampton Transit. With a strong background in project management, Prem has successfully guided projects through the entire lifecycle, from developing business cases to securing technology solutions. Previous roles include PMO Coordinator at Vasogen Inc., Project Management Consultant at SPM Group, and various positions at Avotus Corporation, where Prem demonstrated expertise in software development and project leadership. Prem holds a Master of Applied Science in Digital Communication from Ryerson University and a degree from Concordia University.
