Allen Lee has extensive work experience in the fields of machine learning, computer vision, and scientific software consultancy. Currently, they are working as a Machine Learning Engineer in the Customer Success department at Voxel51 since January 2023. Before that, Allen was the Co-Founder and Consulting Engineer at Leap Scientific LLC, where they provided scientific software consultancy services related to computation, machine learning, and computer vision from January 2010 to January 2023. Prior to that, Allen worked as a Senior Engineer at MathWorks from 2005 to 2010. Allen also has experience as a Content Advisor at Thinkwell from 1999 to 2001, where they specialized in math and physics content creation for online education.

Allen Lee attended the Illinois Math and Science Academy and graduated with a High School degree in 1996. Allen then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics at Rice University, which they completed in 1999. Afterwards, they enrolled at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where they earned a Master of Science degree in Physics in 2005.
