Jason Berumen, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at VORTO since December 2021, where the focus is on building software for sustainable economic growth. Prior to VORTO, Jason worked as a Human Resources & Workforce Management Consultant at SHIFT13 and held the position of Director of Global Talent Management at Webroot. Jason's extensive background includes roles such as HR Director at EffectiveUI, HRIS Manager at both ICAT and GE Capital, and various recruitment positions at Seagate Technology and Ajilon. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder.
