Gretchen Greene is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at USC Consulting Group since June 2022, Gretchen has previously worked as a recruiter at Advanced RPO and held several HR positions at companies including Carlton Scale, Innospec Inc., Harland Clarke, TeleTech, Commercial Federal Bank, and EchoStar Corporation over a career spanning nearly two decades. Responsibilities have included talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation management, and organizational development, demonstrating a deep expertise in managing HR functions within manufacturing and global environments. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
