Stephen Anson is the Co-Founder and CEO of Vortala. Stephen has over 25 years of experience in the recruitment and HR consulting industries. Prior to Vortala, Stephen was the Founder and Managing Director of ANSON Management Consulting Pty Ltd, a leading Perth recruitment and HR consulting firm serving the finance and not-for-profit sectors. Stephen sold the company to the management team in 2007. Stephen also worked as the State Manager for Hays, a leading international recruitment firm. In their current role at Vortala, Stephen is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company.
