Louise Tan is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in IT strategy, project management, and software testing. Currently serving as the VP of Information Executive & CIO at Iron Mountain since July 2018, Louise develops and oversees the company's IT strategy to align with business objectives and enhance competitive positioning. Previous roles include Technical Director and Project Manager at Iron Mountain, where responsibilities encompassed the design and implementation of technology solutions and project planning. Additionally, Louise has worked as a Project Manager at Uber, leading a global IT Engineering team, and as a Software Test Analyst at Vontobel, where contributions improved testing processes and software quality. Louise holds an MTech in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
